CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services scheduled.

No shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the services scheduled.

Cancellations made via text to 323-612-3322 sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

If a cancellation fee has not been processed at least 48 hours before the start of a rescheduled service, the appointment and all future bookings will be immediately terminated.

Guests who have been charged a cancellation fee more than 2 times in one year, all future services must be paid in full 48 hours before the start of an appointment.

RUNNING BEHIND?

If you are running late please call or text to let me know an eta so I can plan accordingly. I will always do my best to accommodate the services scheduled in their entirety, however, after 15 minutes the appointment is subject to change or cancellation. BUT WHAT DO I WEAR?

hair color:

Always come with clean, dry hair. There may be an additional charge if we need to wash excess oil/sweat/product or blow dry wet hair before the start of a service.

Please do not wear hoodies, turtlenecks, white/light colored or valuable clothing. I do outfit every guest in a robe, but let's work smarter not harder.

hair cuts:

Come as dirty as you’d like! We will be washing away any and all build up in the hair.

Please do not wear hoodies, turtlenecks or anything bulky.

extensions:

Always come with clean, dry hair. It makes the service faster and easier for all involved.
